Can I return or exchange an item?

No. All sales are final. CINDERNIX does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders begin processing quickly, so cancellations and changes are not guaranteed. Please review your order carefully before checkout.

What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at Sales@cindernix.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the situation and, if approved, may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

CINDERNIX is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, lost, or delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.

Where can I track my order?

Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email when tracking is available. Tracking updates may take time to appear after a label is created.
