CINDERNIX does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. This policy applies because many CINDERNIX products are custom, limited-run, made-to-order, or supplier-fulfilled.
Please review your order carefully before checkout, including size, color, design, quantity, and shipping information.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at Sales@cindernix.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the situation and, if approved, may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

CINDERNIX is not responsible for returns, exchanges, cancellations, or replacements due to incorrect sizing, buyer’s remorse, normal wear and tear, or incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.
