CINDERNIX works to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Shipping times can vary by product, destination, carrier, and fulfillment partner.
Processing time
Orders are typically processed before shipment within 1–5 business days. Custom, limited-run, made-to-order, or supplier-fulfilled products may require additional processing time.
Estimated delivery
Delivery estimates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, customs, holidays, high-volume periods, and events outside our control may affect delivery timing.
Tracking
When tracking is available, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking updates may take time to appear after a label is created.
Incorrect shipping information
Please review your shipping address before placing your order. CINDERNIX is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, lost, or delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.
Lost, damaged, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at Sales@cindernix.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Customs and import fees
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or local charges that may apply.
